“Crane King of Zhubei”, CEO of Chi Deh Crane Engineering Co, buys S104HLA
18 October, 2024Chi Deh Crane Engineering Co, a Taiwanese rental company and a leader in lifting technology and equipment in Taiwan, purchased a 104-metre S104HLA aerial platform. The company has been in operation since 1975, and over the decades has built a history of success throughout Taiwan, China, Singapore and Dubai.
Hu Hanyan, Taiwan’s vibrant “Crane King of Zhubei” and CEO of Chi Deh Crane Engineering, visited the Bronto factory in-person to inspect the new 104-metre unit.
Only the tallest for the Crane King
The S104HLA is a premiere access platform that combines reach and stability in one of the tallest aerial platforms available. Chi Deh Crane’s aerial is mounted on a 6-axle Scania P450B12x4*8 chassis and includes a water line between the turntable and cage. The strength of the unit allows for a 700kg maximum cage load with an ultra-high-pressure water system for wind turbine blade inspection and maintenance, for example.
Mr. Hu himself was pleased with the inspection. He even took the opportunity to personally operate the aerial, extending it to its max outreach and earning an excellent view of the Tampere landscape.
The quality is very good – nearly 95 fire departments in Taiwan use this brand
Hu Hanyan, CEO, Chi Deh Crane Engineering Co.
This S104HLA is the first of many for Chi Deh Crane, who plan to enlarge their fleet with many more over the coming years. These aerial platforms will make Chi Deh Crane Engineering’s even more competitive as an aerial access provider in Taiwan, helping them reach higher in their work in the petrochemical, wind, infrastructure and civil engineering industries.
The aerial was sold through long-time Taiwanese Bronto Skylift distributor, Firm Power Co. Ltd.
It will be put into operation at Mr. Hu’s fleet in the city of Hsinchu.
