Bronto Skylift at Vertikal Days 2022

We are thrilled to participate in the two-day Vertikal Days 2022 trade fair held in Peterborough, England on May 11.-12.2022. The event is UK’s most diverse lifting equipment event, focusing around access platforms, cranes, telehandlers and associated lifting equipment for lifting professionals. At the 2022 Vertikal Days trade fair we will present a Bronto S35EM aerial platform mounted on a new L-series low entry cab Scania L320 chassis. The unit is the first of eight identical units delivered to a local access equipment rental company Nationwide Platforms. In addition, we will also kick-off our new Bronto Challenge Tour 2022, where you will have the opportunity to compete on a timed aerial race course in virtual reality. Bronto S35EM

The Bronto S35EM has a well-established reputation for ease of use and increased efficiency among operators. It has a working height of 35 metres, an outreach of 29 metres and a maximum cage load of 500 kg. The S35EM, featuring the latest Bronto+ control system, is quick and easy to deploy on site, which makes it ideal for inner-city work. The new L-series cab puts you on the same level as the other vehicles travelling the city streets. The City Safe Window improves the chance of detecting children, pedestrians and cyclists. It is fitted with the latest camera systems that alert the driver to any potential hazards and ensure the greatest degree of safety.
The combination of the Bronto S35EM and the Scania L320 low level cab makes an ideal truck-mounted platform for safe working in congested cities and is leading the way to reducing accidents.

Bronto Challenge

In 2022 you will have the opportunity to compete on a timed aerial race course in virtual reality. Think you have what it takes? Put on the VR-glasses and try it out – Bronto Challenge 2022 is here!

The Bronto Challenge will be available in various local shows around the world during 2022 and the winner will be revealed in December 2022. The challenge will be carried out with the brand new Bronto One Simulator, which offers an immersive, hands-on experience in manoeuvring and controlling a Bronto aerial platform.

The Bronto Challenge will give you the opportunity to put all your hard-earned skills to the test – or just try operating for the first time in a safe environment. The race will include a pre-defined route to follow using the aerial platform. The winner is the operator who completes the task in the fastest time and with the fewest unnecessary movements.

In addition to the boom movements, Bronto One Simulator offers the possibility to drive the unit on the roads of a real-like virtual city and practice safety in traffic. Steering wheel and pedals make the experience even more realistic. The road driving will not be a part of the race track, but is available to be tested in tour locations.

In addition to the great fame and glory, the winner gets to choose a charity organization, that will get a 5000€ donation by Bronto Skylift. A beautiful, unique Bronto Champion trophy will go home with the winner. The 2nd and 3rd will receive a set of Bronto Skylift merchandize and all participants will get a small surprise.
