L&N Platforms continues fleet renewal with a new 150-feet Bronto aerial platform

L&N Platforms, an English powered access equipment provider offering a range of access services with a main focus on window cleaning, recently visited us to check up on their latest aerial investment, a new Bronto S46XDT aerial platform. This new Bronto is part of their ongoing fleet renewal process and owners Lee Roebuck and Nicky Francis are already eyeing their next aerial platform, a 124-feet Bronto S38XDT scheduled to be delivered early 2026.
Steady growth
L&N visited Bronto headquarters earlier this year in February to inspect the first new Bronto platform in their fleet renewal cycle. That visit marked the beginning of a strategic renewal plan designed to introduce newer, more capable units into their operations. According to Roebuck, the company is on a steady course and ready for potential growth as market opportunities emerge.

The Bronto S-XDT Range
The Bronto S-XDT range is a capable, compact solution for dynamic urban access. Their telescopic booms are powered by the Bronto 5+ control system, for a smooth, safe ride – even at the outer limits of the operating envelope. All XDTs are equipped with a spacious, rotatable rescue cage that can carry a working load of up to 1500 lb, as well as variable jacking and automatic levelling capabilities.
